Flat-rate Allowance for Independent Living in Old Age for Aargau Residents
Older adults who need care can receive a monthly subsidy of 300 Swiss Francs to help them continue living at home longer.
Despite relaxed conditions, such as recognizing services like filling out tax returns, only 74 out of 3'000 eligible individuals have claimed this allowance so far.
Björn Mohler, head of long-term care, Canton of Aargau, urges people to take advantage of this support.
